Monday 16th :

• measurement, entries confirmation
• 3pm : practice race
• 6pm : opening ceremony

Tuesday 17th :

• 10am / 11am : free meal before racing
• 4 races
• Free drink on the beach after racing (might be beers !)

Wednesday 18th :

• 10am / 11am : free meal before racing
• 4 races
• Free drink on the beach after racing (might be beers !)
• Event night at Corvatsch - ST-Moritz Top of the World !

Thursday 19th :

• 10am / 11am : free meal before racing
• Lay day if 6 or more races have been compleeted
• Event night at Mulets (TBC)
  

Friday 20th :

• 10am / 11am : free meal before racing
• 4 races
• Free drink on the beach after racing (might be beers !)

Saturday 21st :

• 10am / 11am : free meal before racing
• Latest start at 4pm
• Price giving ceremony asap after racing.
• Evening party at the Beach Club, with food and DJ for the night !

Sailing conditions

Talking about the sailing conditions :
The normal thermal breeze blows from the South and usually starts at noon. It can vary on his strength up to 20-25kts. If the weather is bad, wind blows from North and it is very shifty and gusty.
Temperature is about 20° Celsius and the water around 12°C to 16°C. I've got a Zhik wet suit (red inside, long john and top) and it is just enough for racing.
Our intention is to run a minimum of three races each day up to four.
We will probably have a special course set up for allowing spectators to watch the race from the sore meaning that there will be a buoy close to it.
If you intend to sleep at the camping place : at night 4°C to 10°C ! Better take some warm sleeping bags !

Some sailor are in USA to participate to the next Worlds.
I took some time off to go to Silvaplana to check it during the summer how it is and test for you some style off accommodation : camping.
From Geneva, it will take you 6 hours (490km) to get there. Up and down, left and right through Switzerland. You will end up in a valley which is really nice.
